This is so much better than the ones from the hospital, at least for me as I’m am more petite and the frida mom ones are smaller. The bigger they are the more painful it can be due the huge size of it squishing again your injuries. On that note, I do wish these ice packs can be thinner and last longer. That would help with the pain.

Very soothing, same quality as cooling pads provided to me in the hospital. ONLY downside is that because of the cooling mechanism/pouch inside the top layer of pad it is bulky and not the most absorbent. Still worth it for the 30ish minutes of cooling relief it provided.

Super absorbent, and comfortable. I am giving this a 4 star because one of the icepads broke and I didnt even know, it ended up staining my couch.

You need atleast a box of these. When you leave the hospital you'll leave with 2 or 3. However to have these for the first week or 2 at home will save your hoo ha! They take the edge off. When you need relief in order to be a mom and take care of your baby, this will help immensely! Such a good idea for any baby shower gift for the momma! It's a necessity! They stay cold for about an hour but that's really all you need. You're looking for that comfortable relief. They're bulky so wear it with pj bottoms or sweats or disposable Undies!

We have way too many! Don’t purchase until post-partum (unless these are way more comfortable to you). The hospital provides plenty!

I ended up not needing these after being discharged from the hospital, so I gifted the two boxes I had to a friend who’s induction date is coming up. They had some of these in the hospital though, so I know they’re good stuff! I hope she enjoys them 😊
