Amazing comfort and support for csection incision. After my surgery my walking was so bent and off. This helps give you support to straighten your spine and walk better. Even perfect for riding in the car. The seatbelt hurts 😢 but this helps so much.

I used this a lot the first 2 weeks after my c-section. It was great to put ice packs in and sit on the couch or lay down. It fit great. I was worried about that just cause after having a baby I wasn't sure if I'd go back to my prepregancy size or if I would be a little bigger. The strap is adjustable which helped a lot! Would recommend this to anyone who had or is having a c-section.

I haven't gotten to use this yet, but as a woman who has had 2 previous c-sections, this is something I wish I would have had back then. I have a c-section coming up in November and I'm not worried about recovery because I will have this. I can tell that it going to play a huge role in my everyday pain relief during those first couple of weeks.

I just had a c section and have used this band to help me relieve pain everyday. It has 2 ice packs and I just alternate them in the front with cold packs. You can heat them if you want or even put one in the back and the front. I love that it has multiple use for it and I can see myself using it even after this recovery phase for lower back pains or period cramps.

I got this for my 2nd c section and it was sooo worth it! I didn't even use it to the fully potential! I wish I had this for my first because the recovery was so much harder and this would have LITERALLY been a life saver!!!! Must have for EVERY c section mama!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is such an amazing band for recovering a C section I wore it constantly even slept in it. The comfort and support it provided me was amazing. Also used the ice pack a lot. The heat one is a nice option I personally preferred the ice. It's easy to use by myself which was key for me not to need assistance putting it on and off.
