I’m a second time mom and this was a MUST! I absolutely love that it had snap for easy access for epidural and skin to skin! The material was very very soft and even my nurses said it was so smart and they loved it too! I also liked the fact I was able to walk around without flashing my behind. I would 100% recommend this, give yourself some control over your labor!

Don’t be scared about the “one size” I’m 8 months pregnant and 230 lbs! This fits me perfectly! It’s so comfy and I have more room to grow! For reference prior to pregnancy I was wearing 16/XL now I wear 18/XXL

I am so glad I bought this. It was so so comfortable. I didn’t want to be naked when giving birth so I wore this and a little cotton nursing bra under it. It was super easy for them to do the epidural and I felt covered and comfortable the whole time. The only thing I didn’t love about it was that by day 2 the neck line was pretty saggy and stretched out but honestly not enough of a big deal to even take a star off. Awesome idea for birthing people especially those who want to remain clothed and don’t want those scratchy hospital gowns! Seriously the first one they gave me when I got there was missing a tie so my butt was out all night. Not in this! If I have another baby I may buy two!

Soft, stretchy, loose and comfortable! Shows off all the lumps and bumps so don't expect a "flattering" fabric, but when you want comfort (like during labour) this is perfection!
One size fits all DOES mean huge. I'm a M/L pre-pregnancy, likely an XL now... and this is still generously comfy with a wiiiiide neckline. I can see why XS and S ladies feel duped; they would likely be swimming in this.
Doubles as a great maternity nightgown so you can get your money's worth, just make sure it's washed and packed when you get close to the due date!

I am the Subject model in the pictures.
Height 5”5
Weight 160lbs
Bra size 36D
Current Dress size - Large
Normal size - Medium
Now I am pregnant in the 2nd trimester. I have been preparing to get baby and maternal things I need.
Size- the Frida gown I noticed at first try is big although one size fit all. The neck line sits okay for what the hospital needs to do for your care. No different from the hospital gown neckline.
The stretch of the fabric is very roomy. It is heavier than the hospital gown so gravity may pull it off the shoulders alot on a slim or petite person. For me it does not ...due to my weight gain in my shoulder and arms.
Comfort - so soft! no scratchy tags and jersey like material. Made of 95% Viscose and 5% spandex.
Stretchy - plenty of room to grow, no restrictions on movement or changing position in bed especially during contractions.
Great pockets - for a couple of Jolly ranchers to suck on or hair tie to pull hair back immediately during labor.
Gown Access - for epiderual, the back unsnaps down from neck to 11 inches from the split of the hem. For nursing, the left and right side of the breast of the gown can be unsnapped from collarbone to waist depending how short, average or long your torso is.
*Remember, when you need to change gowns the nurse takes the IV bag off the hook stand and pass it thru the sleeve opening.. so don’t worry about the need to cut your gown!!😉
The color - it is a charcoal grey. I love that it is dark although not cute. The only cuteness I will be worried about is seeing my baby for the first time!! but they should have a black option for the ladies since it is a popular color that can hide stains or leak from delivery or nursing.
Overall, It is nothing fancy! Just a simple functional gown for meeting my needs during Or after delivery. Definitely checking off my list to go in my hospital bag. I already purchased a different gown in a beautiful color for pictures with babies.
Wishing the best for all of you mamas during this amazing time❤️

The reviews said that this runs a little big and not true one-size but I just laundered it before use and it was fine! I would take in the shoulders maybe a litttlee more but I loved it and got so many compliments on it!

This gown is the best thing I purchased prior to delivering my baby. Incredibly comfortable and useful for wear in the hospital, as well as at home. Easy access for nursing mothers. I wore this thing the whole first two weeks after my baby was born and I still wear it, even though I am no longer breastfeeding. Soft and comfy!

I changed into this gown after delivery to have something comfy to wear while recovering in the hospital. It’s really soft and feels like a worn-in t-shirt. I got so many compliments from nurses and it was great for breastfeeding/having something cute to wear when family visited postpartum.
